The Journey Within begins with tribal rhythms and multilayered ambient textures, creating a deep 3-dimensional audio environment of interweaving sounds. As the album progresses, the tribal rhythms eventually subside, bringing the listener to meditative drones. Some tracks feature binaural beats, which bring the listener's brain waves into delta or theta, producing states of deep relaxation and mental clarity.
